Reflections
I once did an online course in iPhone photography, which taught me that you can take photos of reflections using ovens, windows, mirrors and so forth by holding the phone up close against them. (I also learned a brilliant way to hold a phone every time you take a photograph, which helps steady the phone in your hand while you take the shot with the thumb of your other hand. It’s too complicated to describe, but it works a treat and I’ve used that method ever since.)
So here you have a shot of our brand new oven, which we had fitted this afternoon to replace the previous one, which died on us recently. One of the drawbacks of moving into a dilapidated house which needed completely renovating is that many years down the line everything starts to go wrong all at once, so we’re having a bit of an expensive time of it at the moment.
