At this time of year, it’s always dangerous to drink out of a can in case a wasp has found its way into it.
However, this peacock butterfly doesn’t seem to be bothered by that. I guess he’s waiting for the gin and lemon to be added!
And speaking of wasps, the extra is of our wasp catching device. As someone who has spent most of his life trying to avoid killing any living creature, I find wasps a bit of a challenge! This device catches them and then I release them outside.
We seem to have a large number of wasps in the garden this year. I wonder if other people have the same problem. It wouldn’t be so bad if they made a loud buzzing sound like bees, but they just fly around, hardly making a noise at all!
