More Balsam

MrP and I spent an hour or so clearing some balsam from a local roadside verge. The flowers in the verge are coming from the field behind the wall . We climbed over to do a sneaky bit of removal in the field .  I'll have to find out who the field  belongs to because there was too much for us to clear. 

It's not against the law to have balsam on your land but it is illegal** to allow it to escape into the wild. Given that the seeds heads pop and disperse the seeds up to 7 metres away , its best not to have it at all because sooner or later the seeds will arrive outside your land.
