Black sheep

Bit of a drizzly day.
Longish walk with the dogs, Dina was finding it quite warm and was eager to get in the river. The dam is making the river deep enough for Dina to swim but despite throwing a stick in she waited until it floated to shallower water to retrieve it.
It's been a while since I last ran (seem to have lost my running mojo over the last few weeks). Anyway put my running gear on and set out after getting the dogs home. Managed to run just over 5km, pretty slow but ran all the hills and only stopped once to let 3 women on horseback go by and took this photo of a black sheep who didn't seem to be bothered by my presence.
Line dancing tonight, lots of fun and laughter. It's getting very popular now
