Physio first thing, feeling so much better.

Walk along porty prom with an ex colleague, nice catch up.

My old bee mentee pucked me up with his family to head to my Allotment. We picked tomatoes and plums. Then to my bees to see my set up, quick check of honey boxes all good.

Down to the river to throw stones.
