Decelerated Fridge Dried?

      Since we've decided The Wagon is to "go", Jerra and I took out anything which was mine/ours.  One of the "finds" was this Tiny Tub of Salt.
       The odd one or two may remember this attack on the Humerus.  The connection will be revealed.
       When it came out of The Wagon it was quite solid, so I had an idea.  The air in the Freezer is quite dry; as evinced by the Ice Crystals and need to periodically de-frost.
       SO - I had this idea - "I wonder if it'll work as well in the Fridge?"; promptly fridged it and forgot it.  Today I found/remembered it.  Behold the result.The reference to the Himalayan Pink?  The use by date on this wee tub? "Sep 23"  Ever heard of salt "going off"?
