Doubles

With Windows 10 going out of support in October, and my 8-year old desktop refusing to upgrade to Windows 11 (thanks Microsoft for increasing the technology waste burden), I've bought myself a new desktop computer. Admittedly, the old one was beginning to struggle with all the new AI tools in Photoshop etc.  yet could a gone on while, but hey, who's to say no to a nice shiny new and hopefully faster computer!  The new one doesn't turn up until later this week, but in the meantime I started researching how best to set it up and seeking out all the "must have" customisations and apps from the current one.

Before I knew it, it was late afternoon, so there was only time to head out into the garden for a few images with the little camera. In honour of Ingeborg's Abstract Thursday Challenge I decided to have a play with the  double-exposure feature using a base image of an allium seed head overlaid with one of the various flowers in the garden.  I rather liked this one of a nasturtium giving a sunburst effect.
