Life's a Beach

The sixth of seven back-blips following our wi-fi’less holiday in North Devon.

Me, Andy, Beth (Andy's girlfriend) and Danielle had spent many very enjoyable hours body boarding this week and the waves had been mostly very suitable - big enough but not too big. Here, Andy sums up our enjoyment while Danielle and Beth, in the background on the left, busy chatting but not paying enough attention to the looming wave I fancy.

I should also mention that we've got into the habit of a morning walk, well at least the last three days anyway, and this morning we visited an area adjacent to Rockham Bay which, according to our walking map, is favoured by seals. Indeed we were lucky enough to spot eight of them basking on the rocks.
