Walk

The boys are still resting after the World Championship so no training, but a long walk in the woods. 

They are beginning to feel ready for some work again. They are sleeping less and are more "jumpy" when I get up as if they hope we're  doing something. I may try to go to the training hall tomorrow. 

I think I've caught a cold. My nose is stuffed and I've had a headache. Hopefully it will pass quickly.
