Colour

My Blip has more colour than my day did - busy but not interesting.

Laundry and supermarket in the morning. Gardening in the afternoon. 

On the plus side, my energy level was good and so was my attitude. Dinner was another plus. I love my beetroot salads - the contrast in flavour and texture between the beetroot, the feta, the toasted sunflower seeds and the toasted pumpkin seeds.
