We packed up and headed home this morning.

When we downsized big time before moving house last year, one thing I later regretted putting into the charity shop was my hardback copy of this book.
It was a gift when we got married and was well used.

I spotted this paperback one in a charity bookstore at the NT house we visited on Monday.
So I bought it for a fiver.
Probably shows my age, lots of my cohort had this. Her rich fruit cake recipe is my go to when I make Christmas cake.
It never fails. Her lemon meringue pie recipe is another favourite.

Lots of washing done as per usual on return from holiday.
