On the Shore

I spotted a grey heron, Ardea cinerea, flying along the shore but by the time I got my camera pointed roughly in the right direction, it had already landed amongst the seaweed covered rocks.
I caught it here before it moved off.
One of these days I'll manage to get a good capture of one in flight, but until then this will have to do.
