Up and out to collect my mum and Clare, a short skip to Newhaven and then the ferry to Dieppe for a fun weekend. It's a v lovely town, v accessible for us. We came last year when we couldn't get into a v nice looking restaurant- this time I had managed to call ahead and book a table.

While we could work out some of the menu, there were gaps. The wonder of ChatGPT, it took this photo and gave me a complete translation. V nice food but huge portions - couldn't manage pudding or cheese!

Our Airbnb is lovely, the weather is perfect and the market is on tomorrow. Lovely stuff.
