Knock-Knock - Who's There?

Walking through Belfast to Sandy Row to continue my photographic I came across this fencing around a car park on Great Victoria Street, it just caught my eye and appealed to my sense of humour.  Even the shadow of a person waiting to cross the road appears ready to walk through the door.  What's on the other side?
