the day after hospital

.... got out of hospital the following tuesday .... took 6 hours to get from Salford to Swanland due to another accident on the M62 , and the victiims being airlifted to hospital and the whole eastbound motorway being shut. Not the best when this was my first journey in car, and kept getting paniccy

Terry and Adam, who were in the van and therefore able bodied and not in the crash , unloaded all of my stuff , and then it was just a matter of sorting it all out.

Dad delivered me back safely and the next morning began the lengthy process of sorting everything out. Then we rewarded ourselves with a lovely meal at the swan and cygnet ... the local pub in Swanland.
