Cloud ripples

The morning dog walk helps settle my mind.  The clouds were spectacular this morning.

More sorting and packing.  This time kitchen cabinets.  Shelves are pretty empty.

My neighbour Jane Q invited me for a farewell coffee at 10.30.  Jane was still thanking me today for getting shopping for her during the pandemic when she was shielding.  Though we hold different political views we get on well particularly about understanding people's behaviour.  Jane worked in managing scientific projects and later became counsellor.  In my past I was a CRUSE counsellor, did a couple of counselling courses which helped with being a primary school teaching assistant.  As a result we both seem to observe and have similar views on human behaviour.  

It is lovely to be appreciated though it does embarrass me a bit as it really was no effort to be of help. 

We're going to keep in touch by phone and Zoom.  Jane loves autumn and winter by the sea and will visit.

More sorting and packing in the afternoon.  I had planned to prepare a meal and bought ingredients but Mr suggested a takeaway curry and to be honest i jumped at the option.  

Just vegging out now.
