3,2,1 Parkrun

A lovely morning for volunteering at Parkrun. 350 runners for the 250th parkrun here. Would rather be running but injured - enjoy volunteering too. 
Some watercolour painting, a quick food shop, a couple of hours braving the wind on the beach reading. Waves too much for a swim.
