Basket case and Theo!

This evening after a busy day, which started with an early rise, to pop the cupboard out and head to the Peak District for a run with Sophie (which was beautiful), Theo, Paul and I took the bikes out.

I purchased my bike (Basket Case) through the cycle to work scheme and she is a beaut!

We cycled to where Theo’s football training is so we know roughly how long it will take on Thursday and then the long way back - we accidentally fell in the Chinese and bought dinner home! Much better than cooking and a lovely treat! We don’t often do takeout but Fred’s in Retford is the best Chinese I’ve ever had and is always lovely and fresh!!

Another busy one tomorrow seeing both friends in the morning and family in the afternoon! Feels like life is non stop at the moment!
