The Common Room. 
So this morning I set to and removed loads of old furniture and rubbish galore, hoovered, built 3 ikea units, got someone to put all the plants outside until everything was in situ, rearranged 3 corners of the room and then put everything in its place, that being where I thought it should go.
Job done after quite a few hours. I was pleased with transformation.
Donald and I then sat and played a game of Bananagram lapping up the space. 
Done in I was.
