A mother’s work is never done

A day of sorting. Sorting the washing, ironing, food shopping and gardening, after our holiday.
Chores done, we went for a walk around Roath Park and lake in the afternoon sun. There were lots of photo opportunities but I’ve chosen a moorhen sitting on her nest and late brood as the main and a Heron pointing the way in the extra.
