A healthyish meal if you take away the coleslaw and salad dressing.

Not much to report today except getting in to a gridlock just outside of Bingley. For some reason The Aire Valley Trunk Road was closed which is the main route westwards. Much cursing and swearing ensued.

Footy and cricket watched because that’s what you have to do on a Sunday ;-)
