parkrun day

Kate had managed to align her 400th parkrun, the 300th at Maldon AND her 50th birthday. Arriving with lots of her family and a picnic as I was testing the PA she was 'treated' to me singing 'happy birthday to you'.  Not sure her ears will recover.  I didnt stay long at the park after I finished my own parkrun as I wanted to get to the supermarket and visit my pa before high tide at 1.30

The new murals on the toilet block are lovely. So was my swim.
