Dendrobium Orchid

The local garden centre is well stocked with Halloween tat about 3 months early but my "Spring Dream" orchid has just produced a small number of flowers on a newish shoot about 3 months after the previous flush died off. It's never happened before and I can't explain it. Yet another sunny, warm day with a pleasant breeze.
