The continuing road closure

This is a major road into Cheltenham now into its 4th month of closure while a new cycleway is being built. The southbound carriageway is scheduled to reopen on 8th September and the northbound on 31st October. The adjacent garden centre cannot wait until the road reopens. Its trade has been badly hit. Today was 26 degrees and the fourth heatwave of the summer has not yet arrived!
