Thirty No More

Life on the farm

Today we went to visit some of our friends who we've not seen in a good few years (naughty of us I know).

They've moved from Bristol to a very remote spot in Wales, and today was the first time they had campers staying in one of the fields. So exciting times for them.

Not a quick journey from Bristol; taking us over 2 hours to get there - but well worth it.

Hopefully when JJ is older we'll get to go camping ourselves.

Luckily when we went for a walk into the woods and by the river stream there was plenty of spare wellies for us to choose from.

I carried JJ, and about halfway through the walk was when we decided to fall asleep. All of a sudden they become very heavy. So I didn't get to see the sheep; but C told me all about how the lamb could jump up to feed from your hand!
