Speed limit ignored totally

I love walking along this particular road as hedges protect us from the traffic. But boy oh boy I’d be quite a wealthy lady if I collected the hundreds of fines that motorists would be charged for speeding. Unbelievable.
As I came round the corner I saw this appealing vista. Then reality set in when I saw the sign.
