My (noisy at the best of times) neighbours had a birthday party in their garden yesterday evening which, combined with too much food and it being quite warm (especially until I could open the windows again) resulted in a bit of rubbish nights sleep. I wasn't so tired I could t go to the office like I usually do but Himself had to go on a training course and wasn't at home so I decided I could work remotely today. It was quite nice to finish a bit early and sit in the garden in the last of the sunshine (it hides behind trees after about 1730 at this time of year). 

So far I've resisted the temptation of a G&T as well.
