Golden

The golden light of a Maputo sunset befits another golden milestone. It’s my parents’ fiftieth wedding anniversary today, which is wild. Congrats to them for chalking up a half century, for the life built and the trailblazing offspring. Not bad for a lass from Wigan and a lad from Devon whose paths crossed in Manchester in the early 1970s.
