Sketching At Ightham Mote

Mr K once again encouraged me to do a bit more painting practice, this time at Ightham Mote. We found a shady bench, under which Jak immediately parked himself only popping out to surprise some poor passerby for a cuddle.

I'd say this was more successful than my first at Scotney although I only spent an hour on it . It is a little vignette of a sculpture in the gardens. 

After I had finished and we had eaten lunch, we took the pup for a walk around the little lake and then headed for home before it got too hot.
