A 10-point Lad in the Logs

I have stated before that I am not a hunter, but others certainly are. We went to the annual reunion on Lisa's side on Saturday, and cousin Billy IS a hunter.

In the common areas of his big log home (the dining and living rooms and the entry) are the following animals (all stuffed): 22 deer, 5 bears, 3 bobcats, 2 elk, 2 wolves, 2 fox, 1 wolverine, 1 otter, 1 turkey, and 1 caribou. 

In my extras is a picture of the dining area with 5 deer mounts, with a bear and an elk in the background. Can you imagine eating lunch with those 5 staring at you?

After many years of having the reunion at his house, him and his wife Cheryl are in the process of down-sizing. We all wonder what is going to become off all the mounts and the rugs when they sell.

We had a grand total of 42 for the reunion, with the farthest attendees coming from Oregon. I was the chicken man, and my chicken on the grill went over well. Thankfully, cousin Bill never springs any venison dishes on us.
