Late brood

I was up earlier than usual to take the car for its annual service, walking home I detoured into Maxwell Park and was surprised to see rather a lot of ducklings. They were a gallus bunch and had the temerity to chase off some of the much bigger juveniles.
A productive morning catching up with Ramblers admin and a relaxing afternoon cross stitching.
And a good run this evening with the Southside Slowies, felt easier and was considerably faster than Saturday’s run. Conversation is a good distraction, and meant my breathing was in good shape.
