Reading Corner

Back in school for inservice day 1. Child protection training first. A shock announcement this morning. Our brilliant deputy head had been ‘asked’ on Friday to go to small school in the same town to be Acting Head. She didn’t want to go but has no choice. She will be sorely missed . Not sure if she’ll come back.
I spent a bit of time creating my book corner. Hope it will encourage the children to read. The creative school is a building site. We have no boys toilets yet as they were getting refurbished over the summer. They’re not finished yet! Only one day left!!!
