Slacking

Slacking a bit on the photos as this is all I have for today. I have been to the Royal Liverpool Hospital taking Terry for pre-ERCP blood tests but I only hovered outside dropping him off and picking him up.
Apart from pegging out washing and bringing it in, I've not done so much but I did clean the bathroom. It was too hot to do anything outside although early morning I watered the pot plants and the young plants in the borders. 
The lilac bush we cut back yesterday looks much better for its trim.
I noticed there are already lots of leaves on the ground from certain trees. I am not sure I've known this in August. Everywhere you look, although you'll still see a lot of green trees, there are quite a number which have turned autumnal already. I should have blipped this! Maybe tomorrow.
