What a Wow Tree!

Found while walking to the Hospital where my Brother was taken yesterday after feeling Wobbly on his legs. Hopefully he'll be better soon.

I just loved the look of this tree, not too big, not too small with lots of Elephant Ears (plants) all around the base of the Tree.
Anyone know what this Tree is?
I want to knock on the peoples door & say " You have a magnificent Tree there, what is it called please?"
