Years ago I decided I’d make a birthday present for Monika rather than buying one. “I’ll make a table lamp”, I thought. Wow, did I learn a lot about manufacturing! Laser cutting metal, machine bending metal, colour powder coating surfaces. I think all the production companies thought I was a little unhinged going through these process for a single object. “What’s your manufacturing number” they would ask. Just the one!!
