Squeaking Sands
More commonly known as Whistling Sands - but it's definitely a squeak, not a whistle in my mind!
We walked along the clifftop and across the beach for lunch at the cafe where we continued having a catchup on the year. There's an unrelenting wind but here we found a bit of shelter for a couple of hours before returning back to camp.
Evening food and entertainment was veggie and chicken fajitas followed by a game of Seaside and Love Letter. My neoprene mini gaming mat has been much admired (mostly by me!) and it served a dual purpose by fitting neatly on W&H's table when we retired indoors to their casino when the wind picked up even more. Helen seems to be on a winning streak!
