I wandered around Venice,...

...this morning, photographing the houses along the narrow canal walkways.

Then I spotted this scene, which is probably less-photographed and deliberately different from the usual postcard/guide-book images.

A reminder that residents still need somewhere to hang out their laundry to dry (see my extra).
