Parenthood

Mish and I beat the heat and went to Fishers Green early. It was lovely.

I spotted a great crested grebe with a 'humbug' on its back and hung around for quite a while waiting for the other parent to appear. I was a fair way away but managed to capture the other parent feeding the piggy-back bird with a fish first and then a crayfish. (Extras) The poor little thing struggled to swallow the crayfish but managed it in the end. A kingfisher flashed through as I was shooting.
