A day in the life

Concert

One of my musical acquaintances called a month ago to ask i I could help him take care of the sound technique for a concert he was giving in a church nearby. Of course I wanted to help. It's fun and I like to be asked to do things I can do, even though they are not my main competence. I only take on jobs that I know I can handle and I know how important it is to have someone behind the mixing that knows what it's supposed to sound like.

They were only three on stage, from a musical side it was quite a complicated set up with lots of things that needed to sync properly but my job were easier, I only had to make it sound good for them and for the audience. The concert was quite a success and I could go home with the feeling of a job well done. A good Tuesday.

And my wrist is much better today, thank you for your good wishes.
