Surplus

Just half of what we picked up. It will all go to the day centre in the morning. This was from Tesco . Sainsbury had given our surplus to olio again last night. I have put a complaint in again to my supervisor as they keep doing it.
The stirfry and sushi will go into the church fridge for Chungman to take
Chiropractic first thing and it was brutal. Instead of going to oasis for coffee I went home and rested. It seems swimming had caused a problem with my first rib. No wonder my ribs ached. Then she adjusted my toes .
Have been quite tired today from the heat and some of my joints ached too.
