Whitstable

We drove down to the seaside, where it was cooler. Lots of other people, young, old and in-between had the same idea. We spent a lot of time sitting on the veranda of the Hotel Continental watching the world go by.
Eventually we went for a walk and spotted several of the buildings used in the Whitstable Pearl TV series. The lure of eating fish and chips on the beach was too much, so we visited Ossie's and indulged ourselves.
A grand day out.
