Another good read

I have really enjoyed these Rinder books. They will be easy to identify in my book blanket too as they only use a few colours. Think the next couple from him will add a splash of blue and green to the blanket.

What a scorcher of a day! It was far too warm for a lunchtime plod so I stayed inside in the cool instead.  

I finished watching the 2024 tv series of The Count of Monte Cristo and have really enjoyed it. As it ran over about 8 episodes there was time for lots of the detail that ends up cut in shorter film versions.  Blake Ritson was in that series as well as being in The Gilded Age. I also caught the last episode of the current season of that. Can’t wait for the next season.
