Life imitating international picture sign

I took this photo at Central Station while waiting for a train home after my two monthly lunch with some former colleagues and union reps. Only three stops to home so local enough.

Thank you to all who tried to guess what my yesterday's tiny Tuesday mystery manufactured item is. It's Margot's toy 'camera'. It comes with some circular disks which have little pictures around the edge. They are inserted into the 'camera' and when you look through the 'view finder' you can see the picture. When you press the 'shutter' it moves on to the next picture. Margot doesn't use it like that. She has it backwards ie looks through the 'lens', tells her subjects to say cheese and presses the 'shutter'.  My photo is of the 'lens' and what's reflected in it.
