Dragonfly.

I think this is a female Common Darter which was buzzing round me at lunchtime today before losing interest. A cloudy sultry morning which produced no rain but was ideal  for some general hoeing to remove the weeds flourishing despite a "drought". A sunny, warm afternoon followed. Climbing French beans now productive and beetroot worth pulling are recent successes from the veg patch.
