International Blip Meet

With the lovely pkln and her husband. We had arranged to meet at Hay-on-Wye when she said they were coming to the UK. Hay is a lovely town in mid-Wales, home of the bookshop. More than 20 new and second hand shops and incredibly busy. It was very dog friendly too. 

Beau was impeccably behaved, and slept under the table while we ate a lovely lunch. As it was incredibly hot and we had a two hour drive back (if we avoided the rush hour traffic) we headed home shortly afterwards.

It was wonderful to meet pkln and her husband, such a lovely kind couple, who brought Beau a Dutch toy, so it had to be orange. He was a tired boy today but has been playing with it this evening (see extra) and staying for a sleepover.
