Les Machines de l'lle

This 12 metres high and 8 metres wide, magnificent mechanical elephant strolls along the street in an amazingly smooth manner.  Children were enthralled by the swaying trunk, which would blast out bursts of water, creating an air of squeals and laughter in it's wake. I had seen photos of it when looking up things to do in the area but I did not expect to be blown away by the enormity of it and how seamlessly the mechanical limbs carried it's load. This park is dedicated to the styles of Jules Verne and Leonardo da Vinci and had so many other great things to see and do. A great sight to see.
