Red Light

Woke up for the 1st time in just over a week feeling pretty good. Had a call with work to say I would work my last two nightshifts (Weds/Thurs) and after a pop to the supermarket & some lunch, had a stroll across to see my parents, instead of driving.

Youngest came along and we sat in their garden enjoying a cold water. Then an hour or so later my stomach flared up again. Grrr. After a call to 111, Mum took me to A&E where we hung out until half one in the morning. Have at least been referred for some tests now to see what's causing it.

In other news, I received a call from home to say that Shadow had hurt one of her legs. More on that tomorrow.

Blip is a quick snap of the Hattersley Monkey Puzzle tree planted in a garden in 1968. It was moved over the road to it's current location in 2010 to make way for the supermarket we had just visited. In its younger life I used to see the tree from the top deck of the 861 school bus!
