Sun through grass

Sitting on the patio when I took this.
This morning I was getting a handover and induction into the church accounts. The previous person has it all very well organised so I'm hoping all will go smoothly. I've handed over my prvious church role to Mr Rat.
We did the weekly shop on the way home and I dealt with some admin that had cropped up after this morning's handover before doing a bit in a shody part of the garden (the brown bins are emptied tomorrow).
A short read, interrupted by pics and a phone call and then off for the evening run. It wasn't as hot as feared, though it was a bit muggy (but after the race a month ago it didn't seem too bad!).
This laptop is overheating and running down the battery quickly, I've just ordered another one and now I'll continue the online stuff on the tablet.
