New 'Buddy'

Mr B's ½ sister recommended Magnesium Spray. Researched and 'Better You' Magnesium Joint Body Spray seemed very popular. Did a Click and Collect at Wilko (½ price there), and we took the bus to Poole. Unfortunately our Wilko closed a couple of years ago.

I hadn't received the email to confirm they had 'picked it', but luckily they had by the time we arrived.

Had a stroll down to the Quay and back. Took the bus back to Westbourne. Tried a new 'Wellness' Cafe - Eté, and then popped into the Libertine.

Mr B said there was a doggy I would like by the window. So had to investigate. An extremely handsome tea-cup Pomeranian called Buddy (blipped). Then saw his sister. Two of them!!! She was a little anxious. The owner is a local, so with luck we'll meet again.

Back home and have just soaked my feet in Epsom salts, followed by a small amount of my new soray. Now in bed relaxing. Apparently, if it's going to work, it will take a few days. Who knows?
