I was down to the plot for the first time since being away and was glad to see one of my kind neighbours must have watered it as things hadn't totally shriveled in the heat.
I'll collect more peas tomorrow but was chuffed with cucumbers and courgettes today. The tomatoes aren't mine (I have a solitary green one) but they were  a swap for a cucumber!
